We recently worked with a client in the United States on modernising their scientific measurement product, allowing several expensive boards to be replaced by a single board. This redesign not only reduced manufacturing costs but also introduced new features like touchscreen displays and data connectivity, enhancing functionality and user experience.
Our innovative approach has enabled software solutions to replace functions that had previously required physical hardware and even replaced physical sensors. Andy brings a wealth of expertise and innovation to every project he undertakes. His engineering acumen is evident in his work across industries, from reducing costs in the automotive sector to re-engineering scientific measurement equipment for increased manufacturability and feature enhancement. He excels in optimising designs, removing obsolescence, and integrating cutting-edge solutions that future-proof products.
He was proud to have been asked to contribute and support Red Bull Formula 1’s engineering team on project Pitlane, working on the “ventilator challenge” project who were tasked with developing a new ventilator to meet the challenges of the Covid pandemic.
Andy also used web technology to support a major global sporting competition brand, obtaining social media insights, digital analytics and reporting via interactive management Dashboards.
